When and Where is the event?
The 25th Anniversary Organic Advocates Feast of Fields will be held on Sunday, September 7, 2014 from 1 to 6pm. It will be held at COLD CREEK CONSERVATION AREA, 14125 11th Concession, Township of King.
How much are tickets?
Early bird tickets are on sale from Nov.1 until Apr.30 for only $75. After Apr.30 the ticket price is $100 each (or $90 for groups of 10 or more).
What do we get with our tickets?
The ticket price includes admission to the event, all day sampling from the chefs, wineries and breweries, farmers market where you can sample and purchase items, all day entertainment and each guest receives a gift bag, which includes magazines, coupons and the Feast of Fields annual cookbook.
How many people usually attend the event?
Last year, over 800 people attended, as well as # chefs, and # exhibitors!
What if it rains?
The event will run rain or shine. There are plenty of tent covered areas, but bring an umbrella just in case.
Are children allowed? What about pets?
Yes children are allowed and encouraged. And if they are under 12 years old admittance is free. No pets are not allowed.
Is there a dress code?
No, but be sure to wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking on grass.
Is the site wheelchair accessible?
Yes the site is basically flat.
Where do we get our gift bag?
A gift bag will be given to you at the front gate, upon check-in.
Can we take photos with the Chef's?
Of course! And why not get their autograph too!
Is there other merchandise for sale?
Yes you can make purchases at the Farmers Market area, and from most of the vendors!
